Endodontic Office Staff In Fairport NY
Meet Our Caring & Knowledgeable Staff
Dolores, Office Manager
I’m Dolores a.k.a. “Dee.” My career in dentistry began after attending Rochester Dental Assistant School in 1972. After completing my clinical training at Eastman Dental Center, I was hired in the General Dentistry Department. While working at Eastman I met Dr. Richard Masucci, who was the program’s clinical endodontic instructor. In 1976, Dr. Masucci’s practice was adding a third endodontist and an additional location and was looking to increase their staff. My first day was December 26, 1976 and I have been proud and happy to work in this practice continuously since then. I consider myself fortunate to have worked these many years for and with great people. From their first phone contact, patients and referring offices experience what sets this practice apart. Often times patients are anxious when their referring dentist indicates they may need a root canal, but we here at Rochester Endodontics are committed to making each patient’s visit here a positive one. My husband Don and I live in Gates, NY. We have two children, D. Kayla and Dominick.
Donna, Dental Assistant
I’m Donna… I attended Rochester Dental Assistant School in 1978. Since then I have lived in several different states and have worked in both pedodontic and general dentistry practices. I began working for Rochester Endodontics after moving back to New York State in 1998. I live in Brockport and I have one daughter, Jolee, and the light of my life, my granddaughter, Avery. I enjoy reading and spending time with Avery. The philosophy here is one of compassionate care for every patient, every visit. Unlike general dentistry where rapport with patients is built over time, we have one shot to connect with patients and I believe it is one of our strong points. A caring, committed staff that takes pride in their work doesn’t happen by chance, it comes from the men at the helm of the practice, Dr. Kyle Saisselin and Dr. David Dow. They make us all proud to be a part of Rochester Endodontics.
Heather, Lead Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Heather and I have been at Rochester Endodontics for 21 years. I graduated from the Monroe Community College Dental Assisting Program in 1999. It was an honor to assist Dr. Masucci for fourteen years. The staff here has been together many years; we share the same goal to treat each patient as we would want our family members treated. From the minute a patient steps through our door, they are given our undivided attention. We make it a priority to calm their anxiety. Our staff enjoys working together and the patients can feel our team’s commitment to their comfort. Currently I live in the town of Greece where I purchased a home. I have six nieces and nephews that take up my spare time, which I love! I enjoy going to the gym and yoga. I always have a smile on my face when a patient comes through our door. A smile can go a long way to ease their worries.
Larissa, Dental Assistant
Hi my name is Larisa. I started my career as a dental assistant in 2008 after completing the Monroe 2BOCES dental assisting program in 2007. I started dental assisting during my senior year in high school. I worked in general dentistry for 10 years prior to starting at Rochester Endodontics in February of 2020. I am committed to making patients feel comfortable in the dental chair and making sure they enjoy a positive experience while here. I couldn’t be happier to work with such a wonderful and caring team who made it very easy for me to adapt. My husband Mike and I got married in August 2018 and moved to the Macedon area where purchased our first home. In our free time we enjoy going out on the lake and other outdoor activities like tennis, biking and skiing. We both come from large families and enjoy spending quality time with them.
Christine, Dental Assistant
Hi, my name is Christine. After working in early childhood education for 13 years, I decided to change my career path, which landed me at Rochester Endodontics. I started working here in September of 2021. At Rochester Endodontics there is a very welcoming atmosphere, and everyone made me feel instantly right at home. I have enjoyed learning new skills towards dentistry and using my compassion and warm smile to help make patients comfortable. I grew up in Rochester, and I currently reside in Manchester with my boyfriend and his son. I enjoy shopping, crafting, the outdoors, and spending time with family.
